The residence accommodates up to eight overnight guests across four private bedrooms.
Is the house shared with other guests?
No. House Elysian is offered on an exclusive-use basis: the whole residence is reserved for one party.
What does the residence include?
Panoramic Atlantic views, a 15 m heated infinity pool, formal living and dining, indoor-outdoor living with expansive terraces, a library and games room, two kitchens including a chef-ready Miele kitchen, BBQ, bar and fire ring, a garden beneath the olive tree, a yoga platform, meeting-ready living space, extensive garage space and Wi-Fi throughout.
How far is it from Cape Town's main places?
Camps Bay is about 15 minutes away, Table Mountain about 20 minutes, Cape Town and the V&A Waterfront about 25 minutes, and the Cape Winelands about 45 minutes.
How do I reserve a stay?
Check availability on the Availability page, then send your preferred dates and guest details. Your request is reviewed against the central schedule, and the appointed House Elysian agent confirms the stay, final requirements and payment directly. A request is not an automatic booking.
What are the rates and the minimum stay?
Seasonal nightly rates and the minimum stay are shown on the Availability page, together with a booking estimate for your selected dates.
Can I see the price in my own currency?
Yes. The booking estimate can be shown in South African rand, euro, US dollar or British pound. Final payment is arranged by the appointed agent.
What can be arranged during the stay?
Days can be shaped around the city, coast, mountains, food and wine: transport, private guides, private chef service, restaurant planning, wine experiences and curated days in the Cape Winelands, as well as hiking, surfing, cycling, golf, horse riding and guided nature experiences.
Can I change or cancel a reservation?
Yes. Use the Modify Reservation page to request a change or cancellation. Changes are reviewed and confirmed personally by the appointed agent.
